They pride themselves on being a neighborhood credit union — but how do they bring a shared sense of community to members in different states? What is it about the TruStone Community that transcends geography? How can they share a consistent sense of belonging while celebrating the unique qualities that make each neighborhood special?
Solution:
Strum developed a series of brand spots that showcase TruStone’s love of people and community across its markets. We spent time in multiple cities with real employees and members — weaving their stories together to create an authentic, heartfelt narrative. A :60-second flagship spot combines locations and people from across TruStone’s markets, while multiple 30- and 15-second versions highlight specific locales, ensuring every viewer sees content that feels genuine and true to place.
